Home Health LPN Compensation
- Pay rate: $38.15 per hour
- Shift: M-F 8am-5pm, weekend on-call rotation
Home Health LPN Responsiblities:
- Provide care for clients following the client’s plan of care, maintaining dignity and independence.
- Monitor vital signs and report abnormal findings.
- Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, and ostomy care as needed.
- Complete assessments and routines established by other health professionals.
- Ensure infection control policies are maintained and report communicable diseases.
- Document nursing actions, progress, outcomes, and communicate appropriately.
- Order supplies, medications, and feedings to ensure they are adequately stocked.
Home Health LPN QUALIFICATIONS:
***Critical Information:
- Shift: M-F 8am-5pm, weekend on-call rotation
- Location: Onsite
- Licenses required: LPN Licenses in KY, compact license accepted
- Coverage area: Southern Jefferson and Bullitt County, KY
- Environment: Provide care in clients' homes following client plans
***Education/Licenses Needed:
- LPN License in KY
- Preferred skills: Wound care, drain care, G-tubes, basic education, HCHB experience
